Stunning Cornish Barn Conversion | Electrical Excellence in North Cornwall
Swaye Group were delighted to be recommended to a talented local artist for the complete electrical installation on a beautiful single-storey barn conversion in North Cornwall.
From the very beginning, we worked closely with the client and the rest of the building team to deliver a high-quality, fully compliant electrical system that perfectly complemented this stunning transformation. Despite the project being over an hour away from our base in Plymouth, we maintained excellent communication and consistent on-site presence throughout, ensuring the project stayed on schedule.
Our scope of work included:
- Full electrical first and second fix installation
- Complete lighting design and installation
- Power distribution and smart controls
- Thorough electrical testing and certification
- Full EICR report and handover documentation
The client was over the moon with the end result — not just with the quality of our work, but with our professional approach, attention to detail, and genuine care for the project. Watching this old barn transform into a stunning, light-filled home was incredibly rewarding.
This project is a perfect example of the care and expertise we bring to every barn conversion, extension, and renovation across Devon and Cornwall.
